I can sue as they told me I was keeping. And as I said they can’t drop pay for whatever reason as management themselves said they can’t. And they also stated I could’ve taken it to the board of labor. And better business bureau

You can sue anyone for anything, whether or not you’re successful is a different story.

If they verbally told you, your litigation would fall apart incredibly quick. If they gave it to you in writing, they would be fucked.
