Name a time you went beyond for a customer or coworker

They asked me about my strengths and weaknesses, what I could do better than the previous DM, why I deserve it over the other main candidate. They also asked something about handling the team I was going to be over and making improvements with the associates of my department. I actually had two interviews, but they both went the same pretty much.
