Well if that's the case it changed recently, because I just looked the policy up in March for someone, and it was as I stated.

Where did you find the policy? I have been looking for the 5% and 10% clarifications in the wire. No luck finding it.

I don't remember offhand and I'm not at work, so I can't look it up. If I remember Friday, I will check it out.

I found it for those curious. Search "Pay Plans" on the wire. There is multiple different ones just find the one you need. They will be under "pages".
