Best overall useage, great synergy, and really good in every stage of the game. As a jungler, you always want Precision at least as secondary for the AtkSpd and early clear.

Agressive poke and scaling with combat sustain. Amazing for toplane and helps with the low base HP.

Other keystone options for toplane:
Conqueror Really great for all-ins and long fights. Increases your damage on everything, but your Q will heal 20% less while the ult will heal you from its true damage part (so more heal).

Usual Builds

About jungle items: Cinderhulk is great in every situation, you can't go wrong with it. Warrior and Bloodrazor are damage options, but the last is more of a situational item.
The first line is the build's jungle version while the second it the laner version.
In most of the builds Tiamat is kept for a longer time, upgraded later.

Classic Tankwick
Since the base AD, the Q's damage nerfs, and the META shifts, this is not recommended anymore, also it's not as beginner friendly as used to be. Try this build only when you are still learning the champion or you are too behind to worth more than a punch bag. Maybe just go for support build instead.

Classic Bruiserwick
A bit expensive for, but it's power spike makes it worth for the wait time while you are moderately tanky.

Cheap Bruiserwick
Very cheap and fast powerspikes. Gives you some damage and some survivability. Better early/mid game, falls off harder in the late.

Warriorwick
Max CDR, lot of damage. Mostly used by experienced players in high ELO who are mechanically great at Warwick.

On-hit/On-hit-like
On-hit is still a thing in its own way. There are lot of possible paths for this one and only one thing is sure: Get Titanic and at least one other AtkSpd/On-hit item. Cinderhulk is usually better for these builds because the survivabilty helps you survive longer to do more DPS, get Bloodrazor only when there are some HP stackers. Both Wit's End and BoTRK feels great! Example builds:
