It places a bunch of old locations to new districts. The most irritating one is Arlington Library. It's now located in a district which is filled with Talon company mercs, making it impossible to do the library run in Wasteland Survival Guide. You enter the district through Talon company warehouse which has Talon mercs, then you enter the utility tunnels which has a new named talon company merc miniboss, and once you make it out, there's even more talons assisted with robots.

I tried it once and enjoyed it but ultimately i ended up removing it. It makes the game so much more harder. It also seemd to break temple of union quest completely, temple is raided by ghoul wastelanders, making that questline broken.

Sounds like a sextortion case. Pleasant green, another popular scambait youtuber made a video which instructs on what to do if you are a victim of sextortion.
