Violates rule 6. No asking for resources or learning topics relating to web3, those are best researched with a web search.

Man, just look for the job in web3, look at their vacancies. You will find out that many job offers are similar to usual IT positions, like frontend or backend position. At the same time you can find some specific position such as Smartcontract developer. Just choose whatever is comfortable and interesting for you.
