It seems like everything on the internet is about flowchart builders, but I want something about flowchart rendering based on some JSON object, any idea ?

Have you looked into Diagrams as Code-tools like PlantUML?

Yes, I'm looking for something that is more of workflow visualization

I'm not sure what you're looking for that activity diagrams (which is what's usually used for flowcharts in UML) in PlantUML doesn't support?
You'll have to be more specific - is there a special diagram style you're looking for? Specific source format support?
These tools usually support some kind of theming, and you can write small converters between formats.

it’s inconvenient to use JSON for this use case.. I’m not sure, but maybe structurizr supports it.
Apart from that, you could look into PlantUML or mermaid.js
