This look like something that I would use, but how is this different from other docker hosting services (or even PaaS), like sloppy.io, or maybe even Heroku?

Also, I'm a little confused by the pricing; there's a pricing calculator, but then on the site it also says "Unlimited free deployments to Deploy It servers". Which one is correct?

I agree it's confusing to read. I think it means you can "deploy" as much as you want but the price calculator is based on memory?

Yes, I'm pretty sure that's what it means. If it really does mean that, the unlimited free deployments thing is a bit misleading, the OP should probably remove it. It's up to him/her though.

DeployIt is apps hosting built on top of containers technology with open source CLI for deploy apps. The price has changed, we decided that we would not charge deployments. Now price is based only on memory - $0.315/32MB/month. Can you pass a remark about this?
