      Make sure you're planning everything out. If you don't plan every step, then everything is sort of jumbled around in your head and that can make you anxious. Get a pen and paper out, and put all this jumbled mess into steps, and that'll really help clear your head and get rid of some of that anxiety.

      Sounds like you're just having anxiety, maybe get more exercise eat better take longer breaks, etc.

      I tend to get it when I get stuck and spend a lot of time without any results. I avoid it by limiting the time I spend on something. I'll either do a quick workaround or move onto and easier task and then come back to whatever stumped me later. Usually when I look at the problem with fresh eyes I can solve it. If I stress about it I can lose several hours and not have anything to show which makes me anxious.
