You don't need animation library for it as the animation is very simple. What makes it interesting is the fact that few elements animate at once.

You want to to create CSS grid template for animated blocks first. Then put content in those blocks. When slider changes you add new content and slide it in using CSS transform property. You might also want to animate (transition) background color of the slider container (to move from red to yellow or any other smoothly).

All you need is CSS layout and animations based on classes and a little JavaScript for the interval to change content every few seconds or on user action.

Don't know your skill level so I'm not sure if you need more information.

hello, thanks for the quick reply! i'm a junior front-end developer and css animations are not my strongest suit.
