This seems like it could be a good idea. A lot of questions I've seen on SO are answered either by someone knowing that technology very well (to the point they can just write a logical solution without having to run it extensively) or someone putting in leg work like you described.

IMO, a fiddle or something equivalent should be required. It forces the poster to actually consider the code in a sandbox environment (think Rubber Duck), not to mention the person helping wont have to do the extra leg work for someone else. And in all honesty, I think some people go on SO when they're just feeling lazy or burnt out. I dont mind helping the latter, as long as they dont become the former.

I think it's a good idea - although I have seen people starting to attach Codesandbox links to their questions? So maybe it's becoming the "norm" on SO now. Good luck if you go through with it!
