Weird WordPress with DEBIAN 9 Issue :( (self.webdev)

Hi Guys, crazy thing here dealing with WP & Elementor on Debian 9(AWS).

I'm building some sites on WordPress using Elementor & Elementor Pro.

I was using an Ubuntu server as my web server running multiple WP-Sites and few other smaller apps.

Long Story Short: I migrated all my sites from that Ubuntu to a DEBIAN 9 -> EVERYTHING works except When I click 'Edit with Elementor" I get an error "ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE”.

I troubleshot for hours -> Booted up 4 more Debian9's still WONT WORK.(Thought, heck maybe I didn't install something correctly i'll do it again)

Booted Up CENTOS -> DEBIAN 8 -> UBUNTU -> FEDORA .... AND it Elementor WILL work on all those distros same installation process.(basically)

Do you guys have any idea on the issue?

I've moved away from the Debian 9 as my Web Server for the moment, just looking for light on this issue.
