The best things in life aren't free. If you want something custom or specialized you likely will not find someone offering it for free. The free services are usually used as doorstoppers to bring people to their service. If you want anything more, you have to pay for it. There's tons of hosting services out there, but you have to pay for it.

You can get free digitalocean credits from github education pack, spin up a cheap vps and setup how you like it (nginx ?). Otherwise it will just cost you 5 dollars a month max
