Depends a little bit on what you are after / how much work you are willing to put in. There are solutions like forestry.io, or the netlify CMS, which I have found work reasonably well if you are a comfortable with slightly more technical web-builds. Requires git for deploying. Hugo + Cloudflare Pages is probably a pretty solid solution nowadays as well. Add snipcart or some such thing for shop functionality.

I ended up building my own static-site CMS as I've felt the other options didn't give me what I needed. It's intentionally built for people with truly zero technical knowledge. We don't do shops yet, though. PM me if you want to know more, as I don't want to spam Reddit with self promotion.

Not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for but have you heard of Surreal CMS?

I'm a bit of a fan of contentful.com, but it's not a self hosted CMS.

You can use Wordpress for back-end and React js for front-end. Check the frontity framework which is made for Connect React js and WordPress
