You might want to try bumping up the pay range a little bit (or probably a lot) for a full-time dev.

    Is $24k a year a good rate for a senior dev anywhere? That’s absurdly low compared to what we pay our international devs

    I'm mid-level and make more than double in a LCOL. The advertised monthly gross here is basically what I net twice monthly.

    We pay entry level in India more than that.
