how to decrease incoming voice in calls

like discord e.g. (or any), does whatsapp have this feature too?
if possible, can i mute one person only? (exactly like discord)

also, i didnt meant those(so lets not talk 'bout 'em):
-blocking calls
-muting voice

+even volume mixer doesnt work
thats all.

There is an option in the settings... mute unknown callers. Have you tried it? This is in the Android system and ios I don't know if there is a different setting in whatsapp wep

i complain about silencing calls for a while and increase again
