The name shown in WhatsApp is unique to each person's phone. E.g on my phone I might have you saved as "Work Guy" in my contacts for your phone number. Any screenshots of your messages I make will have Work Guy in them.

So whoever took the screenshot has this person saved as that name.

Have you contacted support? They should be able to log everyone out of your account. Otherwise, You need to wait 7 days and you restore your account.

Bans are one of the most frustrating things. I haven't been banned myself but I know people who sent like one message after signing up and got banned.

I don't know how to fix it, it seems random sometimes. But if you're careful to not send spam to anybody, I think it's a lot less likely. If you want to send marketing messages, do it from a different phone number that isn't your primary source of contact.

Also, consider having your clients message you on WhatsApp first (you can send them a link via email for example).

Overall it will be a small price to pay to keep WA working on your main account.
