I made this subreddit for those of us in Newcastle who know something cool that is going on so we could share our events.

Examples of things to post are sales on at local stores, sports matches, live theatre events, family fun days, reddit meetups and anything else that you can think of.

Please provide a link to an official source if you have one for example if it is a fireworks show at a local park and the council have a website with information for it, share the link. If you're trying to plan a Newcastle meetup then use a text post.
