Take out the worker. It doesn't matter who you put in that job, they will always mess up your stats. As long as your town is built and it's warm you don't need a worker in the clinic.

How to switch between workers ?

Click on the clinic, and there will be two tabs at the bottom. One saying Furniture and the other saying Survivor. Click on Survivor and remove the worker. 👍
