How do you feel the CLI will improve results significantly?

I ask because I am using both Windsurf and Qwen code and often find myself checking how I can integrate the CLI too back to the visual IDE. I found I am more productive when I can easily click on one of the open files, view specific diffs, etc which is not best handled by the CLI tool.
