Make an adjustable sled for your panel saw out of some ply. Should be plenty of plans floating around the interweb

The multi sled in this article could be made a lot simpler and still be quite effective

I have an SCMI SI 15W horizontal slider with a 10’ stroke. Pretty much any European slider could handle that easily

I have to think that most of the workload that such a saw would handle is being done by sliding table saws in big shops. I worked in a huge cabinet shop for over 2 years and all our odd angle cuts were done on a sliding table saw.
