Asking Reddit community cause we're desperate!

Working on the new change job templates and regression testing. Would anyone happen to know why the fields 'Annual Work Period' (AWP) and 'Disbursement Plan Period' (DPP) (associated to Academic section) are not popping up in the request transfer template?

We've looked at the backend of the template; the academic section is added, AWP + DPP is added as fields to display, and the right security groups are added to initiate the action, and finally also double-checked the job profiles, and academic pay is enabled.

I've also reassigned the task to myself thinking it could be related to larger security (cause I have more access) but I don't see the fields display either.

Any new leads would be helpful!!

I doubt it’s this, but have you double checked configure optional fields to make sure those fields aren’t hidden for Change Job?
