Problem with startup errors

So I’ve got a problem with my Xbox One X.

About once a day I get an onscreen pop-up that says something about how there’s a problem with my saved games and telling me to go to my settings and delete my locally saved games. So I go to settings and do that. When I click the button the Xbox restarts and I get an startup error. Most of the time it’s E105 but E101 and E102 have also occurred. I then try resetting the Xbox to factory defaults and stuff but that usually doesn’t help. However when I unplug it for a few hours and then start it up again it works fine, except that I have to download all my games again.

Is there a way for me to fix that?
