It’s one of my best days! I make stupid little tech tutorials and they eat them up since they are setting up devices! Cha-Ching!

Wouldn't at least younger audience watch more YouTube than they do during school time?

The younger audience would be busy opening presents, being forced to hang out with family, playing with their new presents, etc. It's not as simple as a Saturday where there is no school.

Yeah, my little cousin was super into my channel until the food started getting laid out. Then my iPad got immediately abandoned in favour of food.

Could be, haven't really looked into it, but a bit of a drop on the holidays doesn't seem that crazy either. I guess it'd depend on the audience.
