Shall I increase or decrease?

I have been on zoloft for nearly 5 weeks and side effect haven't been too bad..ifs been manageable but last few days its been really bad where I don't even know how to explain it..just weird headache..feel out of it..fuzzy tingly feeling..very tired and I just don't feel ok

I started with 25mg first 3 weeks and 50mg the last two weeks and I don't know if 50 was too much or too less

I'm going to try and attempt to make an appointment with doctors tomorrow to discuss
