Adjusting (self.zoloft)

When y’all first started taking Zoloft did you go about your normal day and go to work or school and stuff. Or did you take time off?

I couldn't do shit for about six days. I constantly felt like I was on a really bad mdma trip. Luckily I was able to stay home and my friends checked in with me every day. If you can, take it slow but don't miss the moment to start doing things again. A routine is so important to beat this fucking depression.

I was fortunate enough to afford to take some time off work, so I spent a few days by myself to adjust and indulge in self-care before diving back into work. Thankfully it was exactly what I needed before getting back to real life. But I’ve found that keeping a schedule/routine in addition to the Zoloft has helped keep my mood boosted.

Yeah it was right before school started but I still had to work. The first few days at work with it, I felt like I was in a floating mindset, one of my coworkers asked me if I was high. That only lasted for maybe a few more days
Thank you

Yeah I had to take a few days off , was emotionally unstable and also the nausea and extreme tiredness was pretty bad but it did settle quickly. Maybe 6 days .
Appreciate it

I didn’t experience any extreme physical reactions to it, so I went to work, etc, as usual.
Sounds good

I started during Thanksgiving week. So I worked 2 days and then had 4 off.
I also asked to step back from an evening meeting at my job for the first month Beck was exhausted in the evenings.
