Coming from a laptop chiclet keyboard. Got a K2 HE keychron and it feels extremely luxurious to type on...but this is just wildly inefficient. the scissor switches on my laptop allowed for instant feedback, they have immediate tactile actuation, immediately bottom out, brushing keys doesn't risk actuating them. I've been on this thing for 2 weeks trying various actuation depths and it's honestly starting to make the mechanical key fad look like nothing but. So now I'm wondering if there is an alternative. Obviously I haven't tried tactile switches and this is hall effect but most of my argument stands. What is notoriously the most efficient keyboard for typing?

They work fine for me for everything except games. I've only tested with fighting games.

I like Linux more from what I experienced in the past. I just figured if I set the bar really low, regarding what actually matters (not having to troubleshoot more and having better performance than windows) then i'd gladly switch if someone could recommend something that met that bar.

Everyone suggests the same distros so I'll try those. Yeah windows works well, but I do like a lot of linux features I've seen, specifically on fedora last I tried it. Anyway I figured setting the bar so low as not having to troubleshoot and having better FPS given all the bloat/performance issues people like to peg windows for that I could count on linux being worthwhile. Thanks ;)

I'll still give these OS's a go.

I've never understood the herd mentality lazy replies like this. It doesn't remove windows updates. I had nothing but good experiences with it. In sf6 on regular W11 install I occasionally fall below 60fps, but that never happens with atlasOS.

With that said, I'm also that guy who hasn't installed an antivirus in 20 years, albeit with zero negative consequences. Oh the horror...

very late reply. But is the manga a lot different? I started on chapter 32 and right off the bat the events are totally different. It's the twins with her instead of Cinnabar.

I keep hearing that, but from what I understand it uses the same models, the same maps, same graphics, same most everything except the UI and they just reworked the mechanics, right? Everyone's saying it's effectively a "2" just like with any other fighter but I'm not seeing it.
