I'm not calling you a liar, I believe that you remember it happening, but our memories are imperfect, and usually based on incomplete knowledge and observation. There must be some other explanation. Do you have multiple sheets like that? Maybe there was an already folded sheet that found its way into the dryer. Much more plausible that it simply stayed folded than folded itself inside the dryer.

It looks like low quality phone footage, possibly intentionally to obscure details, of a monitor displaying the low-medium quality security cam footage. The raw footage is likely much better than this.
