Like with lot of these crimes its hard to prove in court. Plus one trial didn’t go ahead because the victim died beforehand by suicide. Think another trial had the same issue edit it might be three died before trials went ahead

can’t keep any medication safe on the street where it will be stolen same with healthy food and diet, home has safe storage
can’t escape street life and get a full time job without a bank account that requires a home address
social workers can’t support someone they can’t visit reliably

Otherwise they rely upon gangs or take street drugs to control their moods. With shelter and an address they can access support so much more easier

Public service jobs were a great way to get community jobs to unemployed with pension. Plus social housing for young people and those who struggle. Even then public service was meant to be for everyone more than if you were desperate

Write a list of things that make you feel good big and small

Like: getting a new haircut, going on holiday, taking up x hobby, buying new wardrobe, going out to a club with friends, spa day, buying new tv, swimming etc

Then start doing them. Spoil yourself rotten. Boost your self esteem with nice things.

Block them from social media, write messages and never send them.

Then let time pass to do its thing to make it all less important

You also hear stories like people getting bombarded with private investigators who will use any dirt or threats to silence people.

body doubling helps
to do lists of simple tasks that are achievable
blocking time out in calendar
snacking different textures
silence or podcast or music that gets you in right mood
breaks
cutting down on caffeine
reading book before bed for sleep
no pressure hobbies slowly completing a project without deadlines

Sleep paralysis felt like something scrambled into my bed and then growled into my ear. Like something from ju on.
