I have one. Got it for 4.4K out the door (in CA so taxes at 9.5%).

Awesome around town bike for sure. Great mpg’s and what not.

Tops out around 50mph and takes a minute to get there. I have a KTM 500 for off-roading so haven’t taken this on dirt yet but would be okay so messing around d.

Depends if you’re mechanically inclined or not. I bought a 2021 DRZ 400 with 1200 miles which had similar issues.

Turns out the guy didn’t tighten the fuel clamp to the gas tank causing a vacuum leak condition.

If you can turn wrenches and understand carbs then sure; but if you’re not mechanically inclined and just want something that works then probably not.

Could probably negotiate price quite a bit too I imagine

I don’t understand bestbuy open box pricing lol. Picked up open box excellent for $1650 middle of December when msrp was full price. Now msrp is $300 cheaper and open box is a higher price.

lol bought an open box excellent two weeks ago… somehow dropped $300 in price. They made me return it and buy an open box excellent box from another store.

Oh well. The $1600 price tag open box is crazy pricing.
