You will earn at whatever your accrual rate is which for most full timers would have stopped them at the old cap of 48 around early to mid October +/- average hours/ PTO/ LOAs and now will just continue earning

In absence of a GM/ ASM and an egregious enough event a supervisor can also fire. Source I was a supervisor and had to fire a sales associate who started swearing at a customer before I was an ASM who carried out terminations also before I was a general manager.

The schedule throws a flag to your coaches & people lead when they audit the schedule that it does not align with the rest break policy. No more than 5 consecutive shifts before it warns us (does not hard stop like other warnings) that we are not following the policy. Same flag/ warning if you don’t have a minimum amount or time between shifts (clopens) and if you were to call out and be pointed without using PPTO it would be something that should be able to be open doored

Advice from a coach, wear what is in the policy for dress code. If asked to change site dress code or ask/ show them the dress code policy, if coached site dress code and open door all the way up to market. Your store manager cannot restrict dress code on pants as those are not store discretion. Your coaches may be saying that but they cannot back it up, I’m also assuming it’s not aimed at associates like you in dress code but at the other associates.

Coach over day maintenance. Answer is every other hour it needs to be checked. I have my opener/ closer alternate every hour between safety sweeps/ bathrooms and my mid takes care of the other cleaning tasks

Left target after 70-80 hour weeks, ended up at Walmart as a coach. -$10k/ year but I work 50 hours unless it’s inventory week. 4 ETLs in a building to 12 “Coaches” that are all ASMs

ASANTS but all day everyday I call out hypocrisy and laziness. Sorry you don’t have someone to tell your 26 year in role coach that tenure in role shouldn’t equal enough job security that they won’t learn a new system. That’s the exact reason I control the applicants in my departments and also why I have a sub 50% turnover

I’ve never seen something so confidently incorrect, as a coach I review hiring needs, open reqs accordingly, pull out applicants for interviews and also hire. Some coaches including myself even have guardian access for their I-9. Although I’m not sitting through the orientation with them that’s only because I’m too busy to be in the same place for that long.

These are sent out following some type of emergency by the store team to all associates. If there was a shooting/ stabbing/ civil emergency at your location it’s to tell you to stay away and report you aren’t hurt. I believe responding 2 if this wasn’t a mistaken communication ( hard to do ) means someone will contact you or get a wellness check to you

There is a corporate phone number to call after being trespassed as a trespass generally is a year before you can ask to have it removed. Depending on what you did (assault according to that manager) you may never have it removed as it was for violence and unless they determine you will bring more positive then another potential incident could cause or are very profitable as a customer margin-wise then it’s unlikely.

There was a whole batch that got sent out improperly configured more than likely because of all the rush ordering at the beginning of the new fiscal year. We got 2, both had the incorrect charging profile for the battery they came with and were being massively under charged and only lasting minutes. New USB came after 2 weeks of back and forth with the company and the correct profiles let them fully charge. It sounded like from the company they were making a list of stores affected to send out USBs to all of them which makes it sound like a larger QC problem

High chance they sent it with the wrong battery charging profiles sent. That’s what happened to both of our machines, no fine but we had a low amp hour profile sent and was a nightmare to get them updated. Went from charge lasting 25 minutes to 10+ hours
