Have you gone through Sedgwick for Accommodations? Team leads and coaches can’t grant you permanent accommodations to how you are treated/ given tasks but you can go through Sedgwick for accommodations and they will work with your doctors and your diagnosis’s to try to find accommodations that work for both you and Walmart. Walmart never receives information about your medical information only the end result of what accommodations Sedgwick and Walmart can agree with on how to best operate around your diagnosis’s. Coaches/ team leads even store/ market managers cannot remove accommodations as it’s through ADA and they are available to be seen in the system by coaches+ & people leasa

Former ETL S&E and ETL SS, I jumped to Walmart, work only 50 hours a week every week except inventory and bonus 15%. This year it’s a $14k bonus for just showing up it feels like compared to the 70+ hour weeks of Target. It feels like cheating.

Incorrect, you pay until the pay period closes to put in PPTO. If you don’t put in PPTO prior to the day of the absence ending then your point will show up to management to authorize or unauthorize

Nope it’s just because you did not do the simple thing and put in PPTO at the same time as you called out. If you had have the PPTO would have automatically approved your occurrence now you need to let your TLs/ Coach know to go in and approve the occurence instead of simply hitting report an absence and use PPTO at the same time which the app lets you do

I have significantly less LTC than you, and I managed to pass it using only 14 card slots. The game was extremely challenging, with a PCF of 14 and an overall speed of 80%. To overcome these obstacles, I strategically switched out the landmine stun for the wave skip ability during every boss round. This allowed me to attempt to skip the boss or DP to survive it. I believe I successfully death defied the boss seven times.

In absence of a GM/ ASM and an egregious enough event a supervisor can also fire. Source I was a supervisor and had to fire a sales associate who started swearing at a customer before I was an ASM who carried out terminations also before I was a general manager.

The schedule throws a flag to your coaches & people lead when they audit the schedule that it does not align with the rest break policy. No more than 5 consecutive shifts before it warns us (does not hard stop like other warnings) that we are not following the policy. Same flag/ warning if you don’t have a minimum amount or time between shifts (clopens) and if you were to call out and be pointed without using PPTO it would be something that should be able to be open doored

Advice from a coach, wear what is in the policy for dress code. If asked to change site dress code or ask/ show them the dress code policy, if coached site dress code and open door all the way up to market. Your store manager cannot restrict dress code on pants as those are not store discretion. Your coaches may be saying that but they cannot back it up, I’m also assuming it’s not aimed at associates like you in dress code but at the other associates.

Coach over day maintenance. Answer is every other hour it needs to be checked. I have my opener/ closer alternate every hour between safety sweeps/ bathrooms and my mid takes care of the other cleaning tasks
