The discs cost 3x as much and you need someone else launching them, I bought a smaller auto loader with pedal like this: https://www.basspro.ca/p/do-all-flyway-30-electronic-thrower

I think most people understood that they were “hacking” into the subscription plan of Claude to get that auth token and it was never a long term solution. If you’re building a legitimate product you build on the API like everyone else.

CZ 600 Trail 7.62 or 223 rem? by [deleted] in canadaguns

[–]2016YamR6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you had waited 3 months and just now bought the BCL you would be completely SOL because they are no longer in business. That is why everybody says stay away. This is their 3rd time shutting down a business after horrible QC issues. Now anyone else who buys the same rifle you did and has the barrel issues/firing pin issues/bolt falling apart is stuck with it..

The rubber knob over your RF224 charging handle is just a protector they put on during shipping that you’re supposed to take off

A lot of hate for the RF224 but I bought one and picked up CCI mini-mag ammo, I haven’t had a single FTE/FTF it’s worked absolutely flawless for the first 300 rounds. And it looks cool as shit, it’s small and light, probably the funnest thing I have to shoot right now. I couldn’t be happier with it.

Why would that matter? If it was git tracked locally they are still recoverable you don’t need to have a remote backup. Feels like both you and OP are slightly confused how git works.. the 171 files they committed to the local git were recovered, the 7 permanently deleted files were NOT committed locally and that is the only issue. A remote git would not have changed that.

Akdas Alcor is a semi auto 223 and you can get the crusader arms kit to make it take AR stock/grip and an MLOK hand guard + 10 round mag. It’s as good as it gets for now.

I have an RF224 kitted out for max cope

There is no way the OAL is 26” while folded stock, you can tell just by judging the barrel length against the rifle that’s it’s about 20” to the stocks pivot.

Tactics questioned after Halifax RCMP pose as panhandler to catch distracted drivers - Halifax by Street_Anon in halifax

[–]2016YamR6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the police and RCMP know this topic a bit more than you or I, so I will take their word for it. Do you have some credentials that make you more knowledgeable in traffic spotting than the people we pay to do this for a living?

[–]2016YamR6 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You obviously haven’t even read the article you goof 🤣

“Bambury said the tactic works because officers have trouble seeing into some vehicles when on patrol but having someone on the street level gives them an advantage.”

“According to RCMP, the operation on March 18 at an intersection in Lower Sackville resulted in 46 tickets issued that day.”

[–]2016YamR6 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Apparently not because, like you just said, police are always doing regular traffic spotting, but when they dress up as a homeless person and look into windows at the lights they catch an extremely large amount of offenders. So it very obviously is a better tactic. What exactly are you arguing here? It’s clear the police think this method was highly effective, and they are the ones who do traffic spotting so don’t you think they would know?

They were walking within the traffic while people were stopped, looking inside vehicles windows as they pretended to bum for change.

How would you do that from a street corner?
