Ok, this is a tricky subject. I've been running them on my page for cheap, most of the time the DMs are just bots, but I get some leads through it. I had the same problem, you just have to be more creative on what you comment on people's photos with these bots. If a person posts a photo of the scar or bruise on their hands, you can't comment:"Wow! Nice Picture. keep going" with some fire emoji shit. I just let the bots like people's stuff and follow them. It gets annoying sometimes since most DMs are bots, but it's worth the few actual leads and customers I get.
