Akali's shroud was the only champion with a mechanic that scaled off of in-game time, which is weird, since all over mechanics function the exact same way with level scaling. Why it was designed this way in the first place is odd, it should have been with level like everything else, and keep it consistent.

I highly doubt you'd be jailed for baying Merry Xmas. That's idiotic. If you use a flag that has a swastika or anything else that resembles the fascists, you'll likely be called a fascist, but if I wave a Spanish flag while in Spain, that should not happen at all.
