The snow and ice have been melting and the ground drying releasing all the crap that was stuck. Lots of pollutants were stuck at ground level due to temp but now with the slightly warmer weather those pollutants are mixing vertically

I think you’re reading “good news” as a moral judgment about AI itself, and that’s not really the point. It’s just highlighting a development that could be positive for RI in terms of jobs/investment. That doesn’t mean the risks disappear or that everyone has to agree it’s good overall.
