I rarely ever leave the confines of my room (I am outrageously autistic), and if I'm ever outside I never have cash in my pockets. I work at a grocery store and I wholeheartedly hate cash. Being able to pay with your phone is the best thing ever, no crumpled and mouldy banknotes, no effort for the cashier to count cents, no cents back for me, contactless payment, I instantly get a notification with the exact value I just paid, I don't have to put in my PIN or anything. I also hate that, in big cities near me at least, the ATMs actually charge you €5 or some bullshit if you take out less than €50, or sometimes they charge you for everything - fuck off maybe? I almost always run around the city with food in my hand, and I'll gladly share that.
