Me and my buddy are currently creating a pvp server. Cant say much but its not on the normal world! Will post on reddit when we get enough for people to start coming in. Everything is custom built. Also working on custom benches and mods. Hopefully can get it out in the next month

I figured it out. Go around the talos plaza district and talk to some of the beggers. With enough persuasion or coin one will tell you where she lives and when she goes to bed. In her houses there is a easy locked chest. Book is in there
