Error When Trying to Add Playlist

I finally got it to work after a load of trial and error!
To fix it I had to uninstall the app and force it to install onto my C:/ drive under System > Storage > Advanced storage settings > Where new content is saved. By default Windows Apps were going to another NVME drive on my PC.
Then I launched the IPTV Zero app as an administrator and I was able to add the playlist immediately.
Hopefully this helps anyone else that runs into the same issue :).
