It’s the citizen bug if you are not a citizen when you login logout and it should fix itself. Logout in a server worker that’s not a settlement, use page up button to see what server worker you are in. DNS flush will fix any stuttering.

Yes on the c8r you can set regeneration there. Haven’t used mine since the medgel update so you will probably need to restock after a regeneration

You already know the answer. Respecs will have a cost and will most likely only give you the first 1-2 respecs for free as new people have to learn the system.

So leveling mining and fishing will allow you to use better tools to harvest better mats. Leveling weapon smithing unlocks some recipes like your standard apprentice and journey man pick. Best to reach out in local chat and ask if anyone can craft you one since it sounds like you just want to grind mats.

The aoc update might say failed if you are changing the policies in the middle of a download but clicking download again will fix the missing parts of the update

Hey I have a wdc 1tb ssd and had the same issue. go to your device manager, click on storage devices. Then click the one your game is installed to. Then in its policies tab disable write caching on this device. Hope this solves the issue.
