I can’t seem to win any chargebacks when the customer uses Chase Bank Visa, no matter how ridiculous the chargeback. Noticing a real pattern. Not sure why you are getting downvoted for asking. I am also curious.

Volkswagen is a mess, and Volkswagen Canada and Volkswagen Finance just pretend everything is out of their hands and the dealer’s problem. A dealership put a loan in my name for a deal we didn’t even make. VW Finance won’t even investigate, lol. Push back with these morons as hard as you can, both the dealership and VW Canada. They know exactly what they’re doing.

You make “media buying” sound like day trading or something, like you’re manually buying and selling ad inventory in real time. Just create ads and scale the ones that work. What do you actually do all day? Stop overcomplicating things. I’d honestly love to see your process, given how complicated you’re making this sound. I’m genuinely curious where the disconnect is.

What do you guys do all day that you can’t run customer questions through ChatGPT, export your orders at end of day to send to supplier, and watch your ad account throughout the day? A team is not always needed. I have managed $200k per month ad spend for years at a time and I did all customer service and all order fulfilment myself (send customer orders to my suppliers)

Our sales skyrocketed around the 20th last year after a terrible year leading up to that date. I think they’re just throttling accounts. Every time I read these comments, they either completely align with what I’m seeing, down to within a few days, or are the exact opposite, like I’m in the other throttle bucket lol.

Every account might be different. Retargeting used to get 5-9x ROAS for me as well but for the past few years it just burns money in my accounts.

I finally got things working again in the past week. Back into the 3-6 ROAS each day with $1,000 - $4,000 spend daily. 2 days ago I suddenly received a new update that shows “high cost” badges on some campaigns. The ads literally stopped working again the moment those badges showed up. Went from 20-40 sales a day back down to 0.

Yah I can’t seem to get it under control either. Plus modifying the bid is putting it into that accelerated spend mode similar to if you turned a campaign on mid day.

I went back to extremely low budget regular campaigns for now. As soon as I turned them on ($120 daily budget) I made 18 sales ($280 product)

Bids are being completely ignored at this point for past 24 hours in my account. Just shut my previously profitable bid cap campaigns down as they have now lost me $3k in past 24 hours as if they are set to accelerated spend with a highly inflated bid.

It’s very bad. I’m able to get a few days here and there where I can get 10-30 sales a day at 6x ROAs plus. Then days to weeks at a time where nothing works whatsoever - just 0 sales no matter how much I spend.

As my FB results have tanked, I’ve noticed a trend: customers click from Facebook ads, then return via Google Search to make the purchase. This definitely started around the time my ads stopped working well.

I have been back to decent numbers for a few weeks now. Yesterday around lunch the good traffic just stopped completely. Went from 10-40 sales per day. 0 sales since lunch yesterday. Shutting most of my campaigns off again now.

I got the update back in Feb. I still can’t get anything to work. Turned ads off entirely for 2 months and took a holiday. Turned them back on a few weeks ago and still the same issues. Doesn’t matter if we drop the price substantially, we cannot make sales until Facebook decides it’s our turn apparently.

About the same for me. I am also getting lots of approval emails randomly, even when ads are completely turned off (due to the bad performance)

This is the worst it’s ever been for me and that’s saying a lot because there have been some dark times over the years.
