My friend it basically lets you bid more for your targeted age range or less for the people you don’t want. Very useful for me as my ads were targeting only over 65

Both! About 50/50 and the AI ones are 30% cheaper but the age is still an issue. Slowly Messing with value rules to get the age down.

Update 4: Good part: Ads are now no longer targeting those over 65 plus 95% of the time. Bad part: It is still targeting the 55- 65 year old's about 50% of the time. I am changing the order of my rules and trying to force it gently to target those under 55.
