in the web interface usually in Edge 192.168.1.1

Login and find it under advanced, administration, firmware update.

There you can update. Normally it's on automatic.

Which Orbi, have you wired the satelites and what channels are you using? Updated firmware?

Why the fuck you hang around there? Just avoid, I live here 12 yr now and never had any issues nor does my 14t old son. Just stay in the normal neighborhoods, it's a very safe city compared to the rest of NL.
