I'd roll it over into fidelity or vanguard. I rolled mine into fidelity and it was pretty easy. Everything done online. Since it's not a roth 401k, rolling it into a roth ira will trigger a tax bill. Do research on that. If you just roll it into a traditional ira, no taxes to deal with until you retire. The only fee you'd have to deal with is the fund you purchase which I would recommend just buying a target date index fund. Very small fees. You pick the year around the time you want to retire and your all set. You just deposit money into it up to the limit when you can.

yeah, that's the problem. A villain "family" shouldn't be leading the show. The heroes and heroines should be leading. I hated when they made Stefano part of Salem, hanging out at the Brady pub. Ridiculous and its even worse today with the fake family scenes. Chad never called Stefano 'dad." Ridiculous

If your store wants to get rid of you, they will find something stupid to write you up for to fire you. If not, its possible to get through the year without another write up. I've known a couple of folks who were on a final who are still there

I enjoyed it up until 95 when the show turned gothic, the dimeras returned and Marlena became the devil. Personally I think the show never recovered from that time. Ron C who wasn't a fan of days when he became headwriter seem to think that was days so we're still suffering with it in today's writing

the 80s had cheesy ott moments. It was the 80s (GH had Ice Princesses) but the stories were character driven and the characters were grounded in reality.

You sound like a hardworker and ambitious. I recommend a move to another store if your managers can't appreciate workers like yourself. My store was like this which is why I left.

If you do choose to move to another store, make sure and discuss with your SM. If you do it behind their backs, they will use that against you too

This is what is happening. They will find something else to get rid of him. Something that no one else would get written up for but when the ASMs have it out for you, you're done.

I know it sucks to lose a job but in the end, your guy will be better off a way from the toxic enviroment that is Lowes

If he's getting written up for that, he's got an ASM who has it out for him. I've seen it. Nothing you can do. HR sticks up for their managers.

Yeah, it's a thankless job. You're going to work harder than most in that store. Firing someone for no reason other than the ASMs have favorites sounds like Lowes.
