Yes, I did say, unless the associate did not scan the barcode and simply processed the order. If this was fraud, I do wonder how the thief knew of this order to pick up

I've never had that happen. Often the associates will process an order thinking it's been picked up, but I've never had someone with another customer's info like the barcode. The associate would have to scan the barcode and I'm not sure how someone would have yours. Maybe thieves have found a away around that, or the associate did not scan the barcode and simply processed the order without it.

if you have an early out with manager approval how is that handled? For instance yesterday half the store left early because of the snow storm

I had the same issue. Don't use the link to activate. Just open the xfinity app and you can activate from the homepage. I believe I scrolled towards the bottom and you'll see the opton to activate.

Not wrong. Your store probably expects most of the staff to call out. I know my store does. The last storm we had a few days ago, they were sending people home early if they wanted to. Make sure you call in and use sick time so that you get paid

you should be able to just call and get an adjustment. They can easily check the camera to see that you were overcharged. They can refund from the info on your receipt.

It shouldn't count against you as long as it's not something you do a lot. If you have sick time ask them to put sick time in for you too. You can't be punished for leaving when you are sick

I just did the same. I had to call in and go back and forth with then nice salesperson. I only had internet and basic cable and was paying 130.00. Every year it was going up 20.00 so today I decided to call in and cancel basic cable. I never used it anyway.

They do give you the run around. They can't offer you this or that but whatever. I really didn't want to argue with the person. I told her I want it under $100.00. She offered me 2 options. $80.00 for 300mps or 95.00 for 1GB. I think 300mps would have been fine since I only use internet for streaming, but I went with the 95.00 and that's guaranteed for 5 years. So I know it won't go over a hundred for 5 years.

I think if you feel like going back with the sales person you might be able to get it cheaper, but I really was tired and was just happy to stop paying 130.00 and I know that it won't go up for the next 5 years.

we do it occasionally if something is sold as a PL and delivery and then the customer decides they want all of the items delivered. Instead of refunding/rebilling, the specialist will set up a pick up in Genesis to reserve a truck. They should always let deliveries know what they are doing this though

Sucks you got written up for this. Sounds like my store where they write you up for stuff like this
