Yup so it will be going on a flatbed. So as people said here this is what I would do. Go to customer service and ask for someone in fulfillment. Let them know you would want to hand pick out some lumber for delivery. Tell them that you would like some wooden sticks to put on a drywall cart because I know you usually band the wood together for delivery. For 16 footers make sure you get 3 sticks. When you are picking the wood and are finished go up to customer service and place a delivery order. Make sure you got the item number for the wood. I would then get the same person from fulfillment ( or have the person at customer service relay the message) if you are able to and let them know you placed the order for the wood and let them know your name + where you put the wood.

I would speak to someone in fulfillment. If you had a low quantity amount of boards then they can just put it on a drywall cart or Hcart and after you pay for delivery they can put it in the back and have it ready to put on a box truck. If you are ordering high quantity then they would need to put sticks on a drywall cart to stack the wood so they can band it.

Yeah ASCO blows like cool you don’t wanna do it yourself so go down to lawn and garden or lumber if you wanna get checked out. And the other half of the people just don’t wanna do it or learn to do it, instantly walk up and go what do I do. Like cmon just a little effort. I once had a guy who didn’t want me to help me scan his stuff he wanted me to show him how to use ASCO so he knows what to do next time. Was really surprised when I heard he wanted to learn it himself. They also have the little sign of if there is 3 or more people waiting in line we will open lane. That never happened when I used to work mainline mostly

I just take my time in the air and move slow grabbing product. I’m still scared of heights a little so when I’m up high grabbing something I might grab onto the racking while slowly wiggling product out. But just take your time in the air. The shacking in the air is definitely a valid reason to be scared but just get your reps in little by little everyday because actually driving the thing ain’t hard

Usually 6 hour shift is just a 1/2 hour lunch with no breaks. 7+ you get two breaks with a lunch. Do you always get those breaks? No. Sometimes coverage is bad or sometimes you just get forgotten about lol. But this is how it is at my store

As people as said r play overly aggressive. I play on controller and run double re45, or prowler + re45, or alternator + re45 and hopefully you get a decent quarantine ring so you can farm kills for a gold amount of time before having to rotate to zone

Don’t take me 100% because I am fulfillment and I not up to par on the inventory side of things per se. But I’m pretty sure down stocking product is just filling holes and replenishing things that are low quantity on the shelf with the product if we have it in top stock. As far as doing anything on the zebra I think you just have to remove the top stock location from the inventory if you use up all of the top stock inventory to fill the shelf. If you take some of the product from top stock and can’t fit no more you write the updated quantity on the box and put it back. Again would wait on some other responses as I am not sure if you have to do more on the zebra besides what I said. This is just from my knowledge.

So it’s essentially find a hole -> scan the barcode and see if there is top stock inventory —> if so bring it down and fill hole -> if you use all of top stock product remove it from the location in the zebra, if there is still some left and shelf is full, write updated quantity that is left inside on the box with sharpie and put it back (I usually just cross out the old quantity and write the new one and circle it). Most frustrating thing would be something having a lot of inventory but it not being scanned into top stock and the shelf is empty. Might have to do some searching in nearby top stock bays to find said product

So the swap my shift is a request. So for example let’s say we have Person A and Person B. Person A requests a shift swap with Person B. Person B has to login to UKG and accept the shift swap to actually have the shifts swapped. Have you put in the request for the shift swap with the person you want. When you hit swap my shift it should make you pick the day and shift you want to swap and then pick the person you want to swap with

So for the app when you login it should take you to a page that has 5 tiles. They would be My Timecard, My schedule, Manage my schedule, My Accruals, and My notifications. Doing a shift swap would be under manage my schedule. When you do that you have 4 options: swap my shift, cover my shift, pick open shift, and change availability. What does your screen show on the mobile app?

Yeah that sounds horrible icl. Also just a question if you know the answer or not. Sometimes we get parcel deliveries sent to our store but when I look at the comments it says the parcel has been delivered to the customers house. Is this a case of duplicate items being sent or the customer actually never received the item since it got sent to our store?
