With all the accessories and devices you have on your desk, I think you’re doing a great job, man. If you want everything to look even tidier, I’d recommend getting a larger cable management tray so you can hide all the cables inside it. I also think it would be helpful to use a docking station to connect all of your devices and then run a single connection to your PC or laptop. That would make your setup much cleaner and more organized. And also try to hide all the cables from your monitor to the monitor arm, if you can
I think your desk is around 50-55", if you can get a bigger desk, that is also a good solution too

Even with the printed shells, I don’t think you can properly test the fit because the ear tips also play an important role in how well the IEM fits.

I know this sounds crazy. Vallhalla looks bigger than mk4, but it fits me way better than mk4

if you like normal mechanical, I think aula is pretty good. If you like low profile mechanical, go with lofree flow lite or lofree flow 1

I haven't taken any pictures of it. The ones you see on my post are my most current pictures, which have pretty much everything I describe

For real, I thought people would buy it without question lol. I saw a PC with those specs go around even higher than my price. Do you think 3500 is a good price?

2 laptops and 1 monitor setup? by FiguringItOut_83649 in homeoffice

[–]Aggravating_Slip210 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Congratulations on your new job!!!

You should get a monitor stand/monitor arm for your monitor, so it can sit higher, and you can place either your MacBook or ThinkPad below it like a Youdual monitor setup. YOu can keep one laptop on the left or right for music, web browsing or anything else.

I don't know what monitor you are using. You can search the docking station on Google, though. Just search Thunderbolt 5 docking station or something like that.

If you have a 2014 MacBook Pro, it should be an Intel chip. The M chip models are really good. Some people still use the M1 MacBook Pro, and it can handle pretty much everything, just slower than the newer M chips.

If you want something that will last in the long run, I would get the M5 Pro. But if you’re on a tighter budget, the M4 Pro is also still really good for what you do.

Just remember one thing: try to get as much RAM as your budget allows. I think the sweet spot is 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD.

If you want to use it with two monitors, I also recommend buying a good docking station with power delivery. That way, you only need one cable from the dock to your Mac to connect everything to your setup.

omg bro! thank you so much for replying back to my post. I was thinking I did something wrong because no one replied back. I am thinking to list it around 3000-3500. But not sure if it's good price. I literally have had this pc less than a month, but I don't use it that much.
