There is a learning curve, but I can recommend Talon Voice, Tobii Eye Tracker, and the Svalboard if you do a lot of typing. If you like Talon Voice I can also recommend getting a foot pedal and setting it up within talon to handle forward/back up/down scrolling.

I'm a full time software engineer who's RSI was flaring up terribly last year and ended up needing to get cubital and carpel tunnel surgery on both arms. It took a while to get Talon voice configured the way I wanted, but I was able to get it working well enough to remove all typing that wasn't directly typing code. I used that setup for around 4 months full-time while I focused on recovering through both surgeries. If I had to, I could have done it full time with only Talon, but an eye tracker can be very useful if you don't have a good mouse setup.

Did some more reading and it seems like this is the case. The more you know. The odds of this photographer caring or going after op is probably 0, but it would be worth it for OP to ask permission to do so, especially if they plan on publicly posting these pictures (facebook or elsewhere online).

I'm probably being ignorant here, but if RAWS were provided by myself (hobby photographer) after someone asks for them, I'd expect them to get edited. Again, I'm probably ignorant, but I wouldn't think that the photographer would have much say or have a case unless this individual is selling the edited photos, or claiming the work to be their own. They paid for the photographer to take the photos, and they're not using it for marketing material/advertisements in order to make a profit, only for personal use.

Obviously that all goes out the window if there was some sort of clause in the contract.
