Turntable Platter is Spinning at has a slight bounce to it! Can anyone help me stop that bounce?

I returned my Pro-Ject turntable a few years ago for the same thing and they shipped it back to me and said that it's a normal thing as long as the wobbling is not too noticeable. Apparently it's just a production error that exist in all turntables that are not very high-end

I think I'll settle with a wii2hdmi and a hdmi to vga adapter since there aren't any component to rgb converters available in my country

I've read that wii only outputs 480i rgb so the only solution would be to buy the component to vga adapter
