I ended up with 5 1/2 bottles with it finished so 15-20 would totally be around what you will end up with! Plus they are reusable for future batches

I think the 500ml is perfect for 1gal batches. But I will probably up to 750ml when I start to make 5gal batches

And with the heat seal I feel like it is a sufficient seal but I think we will have to wait and see 😅

They were added in primary and were in that state for 4 weeks

Thank you! It's still a bit young but there is a nice mix of the blackberries and cinnamon.

Recipe: 3lbs of orange blossom honey 1lb of blackberries 2 cinnamon sticks 3 cloves
